FREEMAN COLISEUM FACILITY RATES AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & FEES
Deposit: One day’s minimum rent (Non Refundable in the event of cancellation or date change).
Move In – Move Out: One half (1/2) of minimum daily rent.
Move In – Move Out: One half (1/2) of minimum daily rent.
Facility Maintenance Fee: $3.00 per ticket sold.
Staff Labor: As requested by Lessee, Coliseum Staff may be provided to assist in the moving of equipment, setting banners, resetting of Coliseum furnished equipment, etc. Any requested labor shall be provided at the cost of such service, plus a 25% administrative fee.
Box Office Fees: 3.0% of credit card sales passed on to customer. Artist promoter will pay credit card commission on all box office sales not passed on to customer. Ticket service charges are: Ticketmaster building contract, service charges passed on to customer, and no inside box office charges.
Event Security: Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputies scheduled through Coliseum Management at a rate of $46.00 per per hour (4 hour minimum). Limits on staffing established by Coliseum Management.
Ushers/Ticket Takers: $27.00 per Usher, per hour (4 hour minimum). Limits on staffing established by Coliseum Management.
Fire Inspectors: Required by the Bexar County Fire Department – Fire Marshal (210) 335-0300 at the rate of $46.00 per hour (4 hour minimum).
Medical: $35.00 per person/per hour (4 hour minimum) for Medics.
Concession and Catering Service: Provided through in house concessionaire Aramark.

Parking: There is a $10.00-$15.00 parking fee per vehicle and $25.00 per bus or motor home depending on event.
Clean Up: Facility will provide normal janitorial service per event. A clean up fee shall be assessed for extra ordinary clean-up.
